Elizabeth Kenneally
Elizabeth Kenneally is an assistant research engineer in the Computational Neuroimaging Lab at the Child Mind Institute. She works on software development to automate preprocessing and analysis of large-scale neuroimaging datasets for the Configurable Pipeline for the Analysis of Connectomes (C-PAC) package.
Elizabeth graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science in cognitive and brain sciences and a minor in computer science. During her time at Tufts, she worked as a research assistant in the Miczek Psychopharmacology Lab, where she created machine models to quantify aggressive and defensive behaviors in rodents.
